With the use of PolyPerse range of One Pack Lubricants all other internal and external lubricants such as Polyethylene Wax, Hydrocarbon Wax, Calcium Stearate , Paraffin Wax, Stearic Acid , GMS etc. gets eliminated.

Major advantages :

HIGH TEMP. RESISTANCE & SAFETY :
The extruder machine’s working temp. generally is between 175 DC to 195 DC. At such high temp. a wax with high melting point is required to sustain lubricating properties. PolyPerse which has a melting point of above 90 Dc and consistent viscosity enables resistance through out the machine at high temperatures till the last zone. Unlike other waxes such as PE Wax and Paraffin wax, it has a extremely low volatiles which librates during the process. This makes it a safe product to use and store.

HIGH ABRASIVE RESISTANCE & EASY DISPERSION:
PolyPerse can lubricate the polymer compound even with at very high doses of Calcium thus protecting the expensive screw parts of the machine from early ageing. Due to its prills form, it is very convenient to use and aids in uniform dispersion in premixing and during extrusion.

WEIGHT GAIN:
Due to low flash point and more oil content Paraffin Wax or other such lubricants tents to evaporate at working machine temp. as against this PolyPerse is a high flash point wax with very low volatile content. This result in retention and weight gain in Polymer article. Indirectly the cost of the lubricant is recovered in the weight of the pipe.

SUN PROTECTION:
PolyPerse also has modest UV protection and gloss impartation properties which is not available in general Waxes or other such lubricants.

POWER SAVER:
PolyPerse reduces the friction between the metal and melt polymer and saves the extra power consumption by reducing the load factor as compared to common Waxes or other such lubricants

DOSE REDUCTION:
PolyPerse reduces the over all dosage of the lubricant in the PVC batch thus reduces the over all cost and better composition
